Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 cups 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons Cointreau
2 large honeydew melons

Instructions:
Place sugar and water in a small saucepan and simmer 5 minutes - cool. Add lemon juice, lime juice and Cointreau Liqueur. Cut melon lengthwise, remove seeds. Prepare melon balls with scoop or cut into neat chunks. Place in juice mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
