Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise 4 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped 1 teaspoon dry mustard 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic 1 tablespoon anchovy paste 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 6 finely chopped olives White pepper 1 tablespoon finely chopped gherkins 1 tablespoon finely chopped capers 1 tablespoon finely chopped chervil 1 tablespoon finely chopped tarragon Instructions: In a mixing bowl combine the mayonnaise and eggs, and thoroughly blend by hand. Mix in the dry mustard, parsley , green pepper, garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, olives, and white pepper to taste. Add the gherkins, capers, chervil, and tarragon. Add more white pepper, to taste, if necessary. |
