Ingredients: 1 pound rhubarb (cut in 1" pieces) 1 large apple (peeled, cored and sliced) 1 orange (grated rind and juice) 1 cup water 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups strawberries (optional) Instructions: Put everything except strawberries in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Take off heat and stir in strawberries. Serve with plain yogurt (or vanilla) and brown sugar (or maple syrup) to taste. |
