Ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 3 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 oz. grated Hershey bar 1 cup mini chocolate chips 1/2 cup nuts (optional) Mix seperately and then add to dry ingredients: 3 eggs beaten 3 tsp. vanilla 1 cup oil 2 1/2 cups grated zucchini Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full Bake at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes (Don't over bake) Instructions: |
