I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Ingredients:
(extreme low fat and low sugar content)

1 lb. Container Sour Cream Substitute (I use IMO)
1/3 lb (or 1/3 ration to the amount of IMO) non fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 packet Equal
2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds

Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and use hand electric beater to blend well. The sour cream and the yogurt will soften quickly so that total prep time is about 10 minutes. Put in container with tight lid and keep in refrigerator. Will keep for over a week and can be used on any kind of fruit or combination of fruits which is how I serve it. Top off with a sprinkle of poppy seeds and a sprig of fresh mint. The dressing can also be used with a fruit frappe but is used as a cold fruit soup instead. Pour the blended, well chilled fruits in a pretty, shallow soup bowl. Top with a dollop of the dressing, poppy seeds, and mint. This makes an elegant and unusual presentation.
