Ingredients:
5 cups diced rhubarb
4 cups sugar
1- 3 oz package strawberry jello

Instructions:
Cook for approximately 10 min or until rhubarb is tender.
Add 1- 3 oz package strawberry jello
Stir to dissolve.
Place in small jars and store in refrigerator.
