Ingredients:

Sausage-Zuchini Quiche

5 eggs- beaten
1 cup biscuit mix
1 medium onion- chopped
3 cups grated zucchini
1/2 lb browned sausage

Spray pie pan or baking dish. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pan and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife inserted into center come outs clean. Serves 8-10.
