Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 2 hr 
Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup wild rice
1/2 cup long grain white rice
2 1/4 cups water
1 lb bulk sausage meat
One 10.5oz can mushroom soup
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Cook rices in water for 20 minutes and drain off any excess water. Cook sausage in a pan until crumbly. Pour off extra fat left in the pan. Stir in soup, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Add to rice. Put mixture in buttered casserole. Cover casserole. Bake in 350F oven for 45 minutes.
