Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 2 hr 
Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup wild rice
1/2 cup white rice
1 lb bulk sausage meat
1 can mushroom soup
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery (4 oz.)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:
Cook wild rice 45 minutes and white rice 10 minutes, drain. Cook sausage in a pan until crumbly. Pour off extra fat left in the pan. Stir in soup, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Add to rice. Put mixture in buttered casserole. Cover casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven 60 minutes.
