Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
1 loaf of french bread
8 ounce cottage cheese
8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
12 eggs
1 cup mild or hot sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste
Avocado slices for decoration

Instructions:
Spray Pam, oil spray, on casserole dish bottom and sides. Cube french bread and place in the bottom of casserole. Mix eggs and cheeses and pour the mixture over the bread. Saute onions and bell peppers. Add the rest of ingredients to the saute. Add to the casserole and place in refrigerator overnight or at least 1 hour to set. Place in a 350°F oven for 1 hour until it gets golden brown on top. Spread sour cream on top. Top with avocado slices.
