Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
Blend ingredients with a whisk in a medium size bowl:
4 extra large eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt

Instructions:
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Let batter rest for 15 minutes. Spray pop-over tin heavily with vegetable spray. Whisk batter to et out any lumps, pour batter in tin.

Bake for 45 minutes. Temperature and time may vary with altitutude and ovens. Remove from oven when golden. Poke hols in tops to let out steam. Serve hot with butter, honey & jams. For a mini-version usa a mini-muffin tin (makes 30). Fill with chicken salad. Add fresh chopped dill to batter for an added flavor.
