Ingredients:
Day old cornbread
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup yogurt
sprinkle of Charchere's hot pepper powder



Instructions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Crumble cornbread and spread in oiled 9"x9" dish. Spread the cheese over the top. Combine eggs, milk, and hot pepper powder and pour over cornbread and cheese. Cook approximately 40 minutes. Remove from oven when browned and puffy. Do not overbake. Delicious cold or topped with picante sauce. Can also be baked in separate ramekins.
