Ingredients: 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 cups flour 2 very ripe bananas 2 1/2 oz. chopped pecans or walnuts Instructions: Mix oil and sugar. Beat in eggs and salt. Add baking soda and flour. Mash bananas with a fork and add to batter. Stir in nuts. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour. |
