Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon oil 6 broken eggs 3 cups flour 6 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 tsp soda 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 3 cups crushed pineapple, undrained 2 1/4 cups walnuts Combine brown sugar, oil and eggs. Mix well. Sift flour, powder, salt, soda and whole wheat flour. Add pineapple and walnuts. Topping: 6 Tbsp white sugar 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of batter.
