Ingredients: 6 c. flour
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tablespoons baking powder
20 oz. crushed pineapple (drain and full juice to 3 cups with buttermilk)
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. butter melted
4 eggs
1 oz. pineapple flavoring
Instructions: Add wet mix to dry mix. Fold in drained pineapple. Put in pammed muffin tins. Sprinkle with cinnamon before baking. Bake at 350...about 15 minutes...plus or minus!
