Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups flour 2 teaspoons soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon each of ginger and cloves 1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 2 cups pumpkin puree (or one can) 1 can frozen orange pineapple juice, thawed Instructions: Mix together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into two oiled loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 65 minutes. Immediately pour orange pineapple juice over loaves and allow to soak in. |
