Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 1 cups 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
4 t cornstarch
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1 cup apple cider or juice
1 T lemon juice
2 T butter or margarine

Instructions:
In a small sauce pan stir together the sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Then stir in the apple cider or juice and lemon juice. Cook and stir the mixture over medium heat till mixture is thickened and bubbly. The cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the butter or margarine till melted.
