Ingredients: 4 eggs 1/2 cup Bisquick 1/2 cup melted butter 1 1/2 cups milk 1 cup shredded cheese 1 cups smoked salmon (ham, crab, shrimp, or tuna may be substituted) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheese and salmon in blender. Pour over dish already filled with salmon and cheese. Sprinkle top with paprika, parsley, and garnish after gently pushing cheese beneath surface. Four eggs will make four individual servings. Bake about 30 minutes. |
