Ingredients:
Preparing okra and tomato ahead will shorten cooking time.

1 lb. okra cut 1/2 inch
1 lrg can tomatoes
2 lrg onions
4 cloves garlic
2 lbs peeled shrimp
1 bell pepper
1 lb crab meat
4 stalks celery
2 tsp parsley
1 cup green onion
1 1/2 cups of roux
4 to 6 gumbo crabs
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups of water
3 cups of shrimp stock

Instructions:
Fry down okra in large sauce pan with oil until almost dry. Add onion, garlic, celery, and parsley. Cook until onions are clear. Add tomatoes and gumbo crabs, shrimp stock, and water. Cook 30 minutes. Add shrimp, crab meat, and roux. Cook another 20-30 minutes. Serve over rice.
