Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup butter or butter flavored vegetable oil
8-15 shrimp (medium-large)
4 cloves garlic minced
1 oz. dried parsley
8 dashed of cayenne pepper (more or less to taste, a little goes
a long way)
6 oz. grated parmesan cheese grated (plus extra to sprinkle on
finished meal)
1 pound fettucini noodles, cooked until tender
2 1/2 cups cooked bay shrimp

Instructions:
Place first seven ingredients in large sauce pan and slowly cook until shrimp are almost done and the sauce is creamy being careful not to boil mixture. Add to sauce mixture cooked fettucini noodles, 6 oz. parmesan cheese and bay shrimp, stir gently. Let simmer for a few minutes until shrimp and noodles are equally warm. Serve in pasta bowls with lots of grated parmesan cheese served on the side.
