Ingredients: 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese 1/2 pound grated jack cheese 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese - Sprinkle in bottom of greased 10" round souffle pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. 1/4 cup melted butter 1 pint nonfat cottage cheese 1 cup nonfat milk 6 eggs 1 cup flour 3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt - Blend well and pour over cheeses. 3/4 cup cheddar cheese cracker crumbs - Sprinkle over mixture.
