 South of the Border Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:
1 8 oz. pkg refrigerated crescent dinner roll dough
1 1/2 cups jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup diced green chilis
1/2 cup onion, diced
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1/3 cup grey poupon mustard
1 tbsp cilantro or parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp chili powder
red and green bell peppers and tomato, diced, for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough and press perforations together. Press dough into bottom and up sides of a greased 13x9x2" baking pan and bake for 5-8 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with half the cheese. Top with the chilis, onion, and then the rest of the cheese. Blend eggs, milk, mustard, cilantro or parsley and chili powder and pour over cheese mixture. Return to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until set. Cool for 5 minutes and garnish with diced bell peppers and tomato.
