Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
4 medium zucchini, quartered and sliced
2 cans of 15 oz. chicken broth
2 onions, chopped
1 tsp. white pepper
Dill weed to taste
2 pkgs. Of 8 oz. cream cheese
Chopped fresh chives or edible flowers for garnish. We like to use pansies, the purple color is lovely with the pale green soup.

Instructions:

In a saucepan, add zucchini, chicken broth, onions, pepper and dill weed to taste. Cook mixture until soft, approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Blend the cream cheese in blender until smooth. Then blend in zucchini mixture, a portion at a time, until smooth. Chill over night or until very cold. Garnish with chopped chives or fresh flowers.
