Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
1 4oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. Nature's seasonings
2 Tbs. grated Romano cheese
1 pkg. filo dough

Instructions:
Cook artichoke hearts with 2 Tbs. butter in covered skillet over low-medium heat, 10-15 minutes. Do not brown. Turn heat off. Add cream cheese. Cover and let sit until cheese is soft. Stir to mix with artichoke hearts. Add seasoning.

Thaw filo. Leave wrapped. Takes at least an hour at room temp. Melt remaining butter. Place 4 sheets of filo (double thickness) on flat surface. Brush with butter. Place 1/2 mixture in center of each double sheet. Fold sides and one end. then roll up lengthwise to make two 4" x 4" packets. Cover with remaining butter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until filo is browned. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Cut each packet in 3 pieces. Serve hot.

I make this early in day and then refrigerate it until I'm ready to cook.
