 Chili Cheese Souffle Recipe

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
12-15 eggs
1 cup Bisquick
2 cups milk
8 ounces crumbled Feta cheese
3/4 pound grated Swiss cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 1/2 cups grated Jack cheese
1 can diced green chilies

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes.
