Ingredients: 3 pounds fresh or frozen yellow squash, sliced 1 large onion, sliced 2 cups water 1/2 cup butter 15 soda crackers (crushed) 1 pound Velveeta, cut into small pieces 1/8 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper Instructions: Put squash, onion, and water in pot and cook until tender. Remove from heat; drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 325 until lightly golden. |
