Yield: 2 dozen 

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs, beaten



Instructions:

Sift dry ingredients together. Add nuts. Mix together milk, melted butter, and beaten eggs. Combine dry and wet ingredients quickly with little stirring to make light muffins. Bake in muffin tins at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Also good with raisins added.
