Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shaved Callebaut bittersweet chocolate or Ghirardelli chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts

Instructions:
In mixing bowl, beat butter until creamy.
Add sugar, then egg, then vanilla. Beat until fluffy, then reduce speed and add flour and salt.
Continue to blend.
Add shaved chocolate chips and nuts.
Scoop onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
