Ingredients: 7 slices white bread 1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup finely diced sweet red pepper 1/4 cup finely diced celery 8 oz fresh lobster 5 large eggs 2 1/2 cups milk 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise 1/4 tsp dry mustard Instructions: Grease an 8x12 glass baking dish. Trim crust off bread slices and discard. Cut bread into cubes & place in bottom of dish. Layer the cheese, vegetables and lobster on top of the bread. In a large bowl beat the remaining ingredients together and pour over the layers in pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. |
