Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 1 dozen 

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 large egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted oleo
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a medium bowl whisk eggs, milk, melted oleo and vanilla until smooth. Pour liquid ingredients into dry. Add blueberries, stirring until just mixed. Spoon batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2" muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
