Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 1 dozen 

Ingredients:
2 cups buttermilk baking mix
2/3 cup mashed cooked pumpkin
2 T sugar
2 T milk
1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice


Instructions:
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn dough onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Roll gently in baking mix to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter floured with baking mix. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until light brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
