Ingredients:
Fresh berries or fruit in season, cut up
2 Tablespoons Lime juice
1/4 Teaspoon Powdered ginger
Vanilla Yogurt
Grape nuts cereal
Mint Sprigs

Instructions:
Mix fruit with lime juice and ginger. Alternate layers of fruit and yogurt in goblets or parfait glasses, ending with yogurt. Sprinkle with cereal. Top with mint.
