Ingredients: 1 cup self-rising corn meal 4 cups milk 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons sugar 4 eggs, separated 1 teaspoon salt Instructions: Heat milk. Add salt and sugar. Add corn meal. Cook until thick. Beat egg yolks until yellow. Take mix off of flame and stir in eggs. Put mixture back on stove for approximately 5 minutes. Take off of stove. Add butter. Let cool. Add egg whites. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. |
