Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 20 loaves 

Ingredients:
4 ounces yeast
1 pint warm water
4 eggs
1/4 pound butter or margarine
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup sugar
6 pound flour
1 quart milk

Instructions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and add eggs, stirring until mixed. Let stand.
Mix the milk, sugar, salt and butter and scald. Cool with scoop of ice cubes.
Pour milk mixture into yeast and egg mixture.
Add flour and beat or knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Let rise until twice its size.
Knead and let rise again.
Shape into small loaves and let rise.
Bake until golden brown in 325 degree oven.
