Ingredients: 1 pound cream cheese (low fat can be used) 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro 1 clove garlic (don't be tempted to use more) Prepared salsa to taste Instructions: Cut cream cheese into chunks. Trim long stems from cilantro. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve chilled with chunks of French bread, bagel chips, fresh vegetables or Jicama. |
