Ingredients: 1 16-ounce packed pumpkin 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves Instructions: In medium saucepan, combine ingredients. Mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Pour mixture into sterilized canning jars and seal immediately. Store in refrigerator. |
