Ingredients: 3 large very ripe bananas 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1/3 cup melted butter 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour Instructions: Mash the bananas. Add the sugar and slightly beaten egg. Add the melted butter and the blueberries. Combine the dry ingredients and stir very gently. Add to the banana mixture. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. |
