Ingredients: 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened 1 4-ounce package crumbled blue cheese or Gorgonzola 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp cheese 1 8-ounce package chopped dates (currants may also be used) 1 cup golden raisins 1/2 cup chopped nuts (toasted pecans or walnuts) Instructions: Combine first 5 ingredients. Divide into a ball and roll in nuts. Cover and chill. |
