Ingredients: Amounts are determined completely by taste! Raisins (3-4 handfuls) Garlic cloves (6-8) (can be roasted) Pine nuts (a handful) (almonds may be substituted if they are sauteed in olive oil first) Fresh parsley (a big handful) Olive oil (a couple of drops, just enough to make mix workable) Salt & pepper Dried red & green pepper flakes (a dash) Cream cheese (up to 8 ounces) Grind all ingredients except cream cheese in food processor, adding oil as needed to make mix manageable. Process above mix or portion of mix with cream cheese in approximately equal amounts. If all of above is used, use 8 ounces of cream cheese Instructions: |
