Ingredients: 1 cup corn oil 4 beaten eggs 2/3 cup water 2 cups cooked pumpkin 3 1/2 cups sifted flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp baking soda 2 cups sugar 1/2 tsp cloves 1/2 tsp ginger 1 cup golden raisins (optional) 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) Instructions: Mix all ingredients and add raisins and nuts. Bake in 2 long, greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. |
