Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 to 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla

6 teaspoon berry liqueur
9 large strawberries
3 cups raspberries plus 6 whole berries for garnish (fresh or [thawed] previously frozen)
1 tablespoon pecan bits

Instructions:
Whip cream until it forms soft mounds. Add powdered sugar and egg yolks, beating until incorporated. Add vanilla and beat an additional minute. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.

Put 1 tsp liqueur in the bottom of 6 individual baking dishes. Slice 1 1/2 strawberries into each dish. Put 1/2 cup raspberries into each dish. Top with Cream - (divided equally between dishes)

Place dishes on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 4 minutes. Broil for one (1) minute - or until top is browned. Watch carefully.

Garnish with fresh mint sprig and 1 whole raspberry - sprinkle a few pecan bits over top, if you like. Serve immediately.
