Ingredients: 12 eggs worchester sauce salt pepper milk chedder cheese shredded milk butter flour dry mustard salt to taste hash browns papirika *ingredient amounts will vary depending on how many you are feeding. Instructions: Grease 9x13" pan and precook hash browns till brown. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, worchester suace and scramble leaving a bit moist to not over do them. To make the cheese sauce, mix the butter and flour to form a paste over medium heat. Add the milk and cook slowly until thicken. Add dry mustard and chedder till mixed in and melted. Stir cheese mixture into scrambled eggs. Put scrambled egg mixture over the precook hash browns. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 30 minutes at 350. |
