Ingredients: 1 Tbsp oil 1 1/2 - 2 lb Tri-tip 8 small round white potatoes 8 small round red potatoes 12 small round white onions 1 can beef broth 3 sliced carrots 1 cup frozen stir-fry vegetables (green for looks) Instructions: Brown tri-tip in 1 tablespoon oil. Drain excess oil and add beef broth. Simmer for 45 minutes, then add fresh vegetables and more beef broth if necessary. Simmer for another 30 minutes and add frozen vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes. |
