Ingredients: large eggs bacon Instructions: Precook the bacon partially, enough to cook away most of the fat, but leave the slices flexible. Line a standard muffin tin with the bacon. Drop about 5 drops of bacon fat in the bottom of each cup, to prevent sticking. Put one egg in each cup and cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
