Ingredients: 8 oz cooked chicken breast, broken into pieces 1 oz celery, diced 1 oz onion, chopped 3 oz red seedless grapes 3 oz pineapple chunks, drained 8 oz Hellmann's mayonnaise 1/4 tsp onion salt 1/8 tsp pepper Instructions: Toss all ingredients together and serve on a bed of fresh crisp lettuce. Top with walnut pieces and paprika. |
