Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 1 dozen 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 egg
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
3 1/2 oz jar macadamia nuts, quartered
12-15 whole macadamia nuts

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. In a medium bowl mix the melted butter, sour cream, corn syrup and egg. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Line muffin pans with paper muffin cups. Fill muffin cups with batter. Place a whole macadamia nut on top of each muffin. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
