Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 1 servings 

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon dark raisins
1/2 Granny Smith apple, grated
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey, Fireweed if possible
2 tablespoons plain, non-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon Minimax Seed Mixture ground until just broken
Fruit of choice

Muesli is low in fat and provides lots of good energy all morning. Muesli must be served cold and the surface scattered with fresh fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries or even slices of kiwi.

-Soak the oats and raisins in water overnight
-Drain the oats and raisins
-Mix the grated apple with the lemon juice, oats and raisins.
-Mix together the honey and yogurt, and stir into the oat mixture.
-Sprinkle with Minimax Seed Mix, garnish with small pieces of bright fruit, and serve.
