Ingredients: 1 banana
1 cup raspberries
1 cup vanilla-flavored yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup orange juice
8 ice cubes (about 1 cup)
Mint garnish (optional)
Instructions: This smoothie is popular with guests heading out for an early morning of fishing the Missouri River - at least earlier than our usual breakfast hour of 7 am!
In the order listed above, place all ingredients except the mint in the blender. Blend thoroughly. Serve in two stem goblets with mint garnish.
