Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1 loaf of french bread, cubed
1 pound ground italian sausage
1 pound ground chorizo sausage
1 pound grated monterrey & cheddar cheeses
5 eggs
3 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup vermouth

Instructions:
This is prepared the night before. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Saute sausage until fully cooked. Layer french bread, top with sausage and then cheese. Combine eggs, milk and mustard pour over top. Cover and let sit until the next morning.

In the morning, before baking, top with mushrooms and vermouth. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until set.

My mother makes this for Christmas breakfast every year. I added this to my breakfast menu, and it is a hands down favorite.
