Ingredients: 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons mango or peach chutney 1 teaspoon lime juice 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin Dash cayenne pepper 1/2 pound turkey, chopped 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup green seedless grapes, quartered 1/2 Granny Smith apple, peeled & chopped Instructions: Mix mayonnaise with chutney, lime juice and spices. Add remaining ingredients and chill. |
