Ingredients: 1 can pineapple chunks 1 can pear slices 1 can peach halves 1 can apricots 1/3 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons curry powder Vanilla yogurt Instructions: Drain and rinse all fruit. Melt butter; mix with brown sugar and curry powder in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Refrigerate or serve warm. Top with vanilla yogurt. |
